Knifehandchop is amazing. he's internationally reknown, and hardly ever gets any recognition locally. Hard ass tunes.

Needless to say, I'm super stoked. Because not only are a lot of people there that I recognize (and recognize as being badass), but there's a lot of unknowns too. That's part of what makes these parties great. You go to see one or two (in this case, a lot more) DJs you're familiar with, and end up leaving with a lot more people you enjoy.

Am i the only one happy to know that the DJ's that will be there are the ones that dont come around often?

I mean, If you go to jungle parties as often as i do then you have seen all the good drum n bass DJ's already. I havent seen goldie in at least 7 years. Krust and Die havent been around very much since the 90's either.

I think alot of the crybabys are insta ravers and have no idea what they are talking about anyways. Nobody wants to see the same DJ over and over again. The WODNB stage is going to be sick. Krust and Die were unbelievable the last time i saw them.

There are a lot of people stoked about the DnB line up this year. I know my entire crew is wacky over it. Personally I've never seen any of the big names (I had to miss Mampi for RITM last year )

I must say I will be spending a lot of time at the Bassline stage this year. But there are rounds to be made else where of course, I always make a point of checking out all the stages even if I do tend towards one or another...there is just so much f*cking music and I only have one body and soul damn it...

I think the "negative nancies" are just being particularly presistant this year...there are a lot of people excited about WEMF.

im pumped about the DnB lineup. I also can't wait to see Ill Scarlett in the rock area. I can't wait to see czech either he's my hero!

The rest of the lineup looks sick too, Despite my lack of 4/4 interest I still know all the DJ's headlining are respectable individuals with an original sound. As usual i will do my best to check out different genres but anything 4/4 usually gives me a headache there is the occasional song or mix that rox my sox tho.

I just checked the Anne Savage site!! She has got some cool shit, never heard of her before,, but I am looking forward to her set as well as others I haven't heard of until know. Last year, there were DJ's I recognized right away.. This Year, Besides Chris Liberator and a few others, I didn't reconize too much, but now that i am researching the net for these DJ"S, the line U|) is real good on the 4/4 stage!! Thats where I will be 70 |)ercent of the time!!! I can't to wait to Drink and Rave my ass off!!! I am def handing out some CD's with original tracks on em too!! Last year was the best |)arty I have been to in a while.... I am ho|)ing to have at least as much fun this time around!!!!!!!!

What it all comes down too..Is this...We'll all have a wicked time regardless of whose playing where..if theres a rock stage...Its going a going to be a wicked time..dancing under the stars..meeting a ton of new people..and just having a phenomenal time!!.what more could you ask for!!..

Does any one remember Tweed/Trudehu or whatever park.
Rooms that were 100 degrees, that were so over crowded on saturday night you could only get in if someone else left. The body of water that was there had a posting, not safe to swim. And the hardcore room was in the pool room in which the pool had been filled dirt.

I LOVED THAT FUCKING WEMF!
AWEsome time.. 300 degree rooms and all.. I loved it.. It was
probably my favorate WEMF. But keep in mind.. This event will be outdoors!
You guys have to remember.. Plus I loved the camping.. and the FUCKING SHADE! I do not like falling asleep at 9 waking up at 11 because I am crisping in the sun.

If anyone bitches about the rock stage I got one thing to say... You guys get 1500-2000 of your best friends that are totally new to the scene to pay $70 and I'm sure that Destiny will scrap the idea.. But until then the Rave scene will begin to blend further into the festival/rock scene..

I mean, We could have it blend into the rap scene and have someone get shot or have a super brawl break out. But instead.. we are going to have a bunch of suburban kids in striped dress shirts running around the woods getting drunk.. Boo fucking hoo. Those kids can have thier stage.. Just like all the trance heads.. But, I'll be dancing to Scott Brown and Goldie. Hopefully someone will start a decent pit during neophyte and I'll get punched in the face.. (Not that that happens in toronto.. who am I kidding) If anyone bitches about the line up.. Fuck you. Good event. You people should be so lucky to have something go on three days. Promoters in the states can't get venues to stay oven past 2am. So when WEMF throws in the towel because of you bitching I hope you get depressed and hang yourself in the toilet.
